Founder's Day at the Lennox Inn

On Lunenburg Founder’s Day June 7, 2025, come celebrate with drinks, nibbles and a browse through the oldest continuously operating Inn in Canada. Your host will be Benjamin Diaz Olavarrieta, Innkeeper.

Lennox Inn is located at 69 Fox Street in Old Town Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lennox Inn was built in 1791 by Andreas Jung, one of the original settlers. This is a beautiful heritage property not to be missed!

Founder’s Day celebrates June 7, 1753, when the European settlers came ashore from their ships and established the Town of Lunenburg.
