South Shore Oktoberfest 2024

The Lunenburg Board of Trade is extremely excited to announce the third annual South Shore Oktoberfest!!

 

This event will be a collaborative one with the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic and we hope to eventually see this event grow and encompass the whole of the South Shore. Other event partners include LinDance, South Shore Genealogical Society, German Canadian Cultural Association.

Planned activities include a Craft Beer show with German Band , evening concert artist (TBA), German Heritage Museum exhibit , Family Friendly activities such as Polka dancing , crafts , cookie decorating all taking place on the Lunenburg Waterfront, Collaborations with local restaurants on traditional food which will include a Best of the Wurst competition . Events will take place on October 5th, 2024
