Discussion:

There was a theft in the campground office, we need to put cameras inside the building where cash is kept. Look into a system that identifies staff going in and out and everyone has a different log for entry. East link can do that and Kandace will call to make that happen

Discussion:

Kandace suggests opening Victoria Day weekend and closing after Thanksgiving. We increased the fees this year and also had increased occupancy.

Martin spoke to the mayor about a new lease for 5 years but we need a plan to present to him to show him our intent on making the campground better. Can’t invest in upgrades with a year-to-year lease.

Kandace will put together a levee plan to give to the town.

Kandace has everything planned and booked for the two days of November 29th and 30th. All events will be at the museum parking lot. We will have the lobster trap tree and the craft market there as well.

We will ask Brad if he can light up the luxury yachts as there aren’t many boats at the wharves

Budget is usually $3000 from LBOT and $3000 from the museum.

Call out to all businesses to offer something special. Every time you go into a store and buy something you get a ballot to win a prize.

Edible tree grant: Kandace would like to apply for this grant of 10,000 to plant edible trees around the campground

These awards are being held November 21st at Best Western in Bridgewater. We have a table of 8 reserved. We need to bring a gift.  Martin will do $200 gift card to Beach Pea
