Approval of Minutes from previous meeting:  (RJ, LM) – Passed

Business Arising from Minutes:

AGM planning – Deferred to August meeting.

New Business

  (JM, Renea Babineau); Shop Local Grant.

Motion: (LM, RJ)          To proceed with “Shop Local Grant”- Passed.

 (JM); Streetfest Planning for August 14. How do we set guidelines for Community Events?

Motion: (LM, RJ)          To proceed with good intentions to promote Streetfest.- Passed.

(GF); New Policies Review; Voting by email. Quorum for AGM; suggestion: After 2 attempts, whoever shows up is a quorum.
